    You may not agree with everything I say or the way I say it, take what insights and actions you find useful (and ignore the rest, it’s your life)
  2. Sessions are charged and paid for at the time of booking, refunds are not offered for lateness or sessions already held
  3. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
  4. All are welcome, no matter your race, gender identity, sexuality, relationship style, religion or knowledge about Austen and writing (or anything I may have forgotten)
  5. I will not engage in any material or discussion that idealises views that are racist, misogynist, ableist, sizist, demeaning to the queer community, or that is graphically violent or sexual
  6. I encourage freedom of expression, including swearing, so long as it is not directed at anyone (let me know if you’d prefer I don’t swear)
  7. I acknowledge members of marginalised communities may have different needs (financial, time, location, accessibility etc). Please contact me to discuss how I can best accommodate you. It means so much to me when I’m accepted/accommodated, please allow me to do the same for you
  8. I am not a therapist or a medical professional. Everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist and I encourage you to seek one if you think it’s suitable for you

  10. Everything we discuss is confidential. However, continuing to improve myself and my mahi means I work with trained professionals such as a therapist, mentor, supervisor or coach with whom I may discuss (anonymised) aspects of our work together
  11. I am a self published author. Any critique or advice I offer is peer feedback, based on my own learnings and may not be applicable to every situation/author (see 1 above). I encourage you to seek many avenues of knowledge
  12. Your information and writing remains yours, I will not show or sell it to third parties. I will only collect information you voluntarily provide
  13. All information on this site and in sessions are based on my own experiences. I identify as both Māori (indigenous) and Pakeha with Pakeha upbringing, AFAB Agender fem-presenting person, asexual, aromantic, non-monogamous, autistic, ADHD, an introvert, fat and reasonably able-bodied
  14. I acknowledge coaches I have worked with and been influenced by: Denise Duffield-Thomas, Jenn Burton, Karen Maggs, Sas Petherick (this is not an exhaustive list)
  15. These terms may be updated at any time. It is the users responsibility to read them
